You REALLY need a lawyer, soonest. Once you hire a lawyer, he/she will write a letter to the harassing (scum-bag) lawyer, calling them off of you, and your clients. This will likely cost you $1,000 or so. From there, your lawyer will charge you up to $250 per hour to defend you.
All in all, you may be in the hole $5000 or so. Likely less, however, you will get through this with proper representation.
Then come your counter suit. If you're in the "right", you'll come out with all of your expensed paid off, and then some.
