  When I'm in the mood for it, it's hard to beat Meshuggah.

  Or when I want to try and study the application of subtle but really difficult polyrhythms in odd time signatures in metal.

  But they're kinda one of those bands I appreciate what they're doing intellectually, artistically and aesthetically, but they don't really pull on the heartstrings, you know what I'm saying...
