I was looking at this site last week. I found it really frustrating to grapple with until various (now obvious seeming) things clicked into place and then I quite liked it except for the high number of clicks needed to see a broad spread of work.
They seem to have changed the direction of the business from when they started out, or did that happen a while back. I went to see them when they first launched and they more like a conduit between clients and creatives, sort of like a casual, contract free rep agency/creative brokerage.
Now though they just seem to be more like a 'closed shop' creative art direction facility judging by the work credits. Or am I missing something.
