  Haha, I'm not bitter zarko. Just pointing out my experience, mind this was a while ago. I'm still there a few times a year for work and/or visiting friends / family.

  I mean only that it's really a french-speaking city and that you'll get more out of it if you can speak it. I'd say the same about Italian and Milan, or where ever.

  As an aside, it's funny that Canada is officially a bilingual country yet statistically there's very few bilingual citizens....
