  So in a society where all have the right to bare arms, shouldn't all who wish to exercise their right to bare arms have right-to-life ethics training? Gun safety training?

  Shouldn't all who wish to exercise their right to bare arms be licensed as a responsible gun owner?

  I mean.. you need to be licensed to drive a car.
  So you know, that everyone driving their car around is at least basically trained in the art of driving.

  Just saying.. what do you think of that?
