I went there after going to a real university. My best advice if you're going there is to make the most of it. There will be the usual potheads, lazy, and no-talent people, but if you put your work & time in, you'll get a lot. The teachers aren't exactly great educators, but I could see them being comparable to an art director, so they establish that kind of relationship with you.

The classes run in 4 hour blocks, and u can be in class at 11pm sometimes. I found that it helped me adjust to working, as I can get through 8 hours a day a lot better than going to class for an hour.

Like all things, if you make the most of it you'll get a lot more. Any other questions feel free to ask me. I graduated there in 03 and now working my dream job.

    • i had audio labs at 1 in the morning sometimes, which went to 5am, and then class @ 9am. A "real world" educationlocustsloth
