well, to be honest I think it's a sad attempt at them trying to extort designers. You see this type of crap a lot. In fact what they will do, that is if they are dodgy/shady, just take the design and then change it themselves with their own graphics, which of course are no where near the level as most people here. If you ask me, it's kind of goofy. Then again, I've been known to be an idiot and quite wrong. :)
