i can think of one just like that. i have seen it once or twice on rerun, and it absolutely floors me dead everytime. never been able to find it online.
it had jim brewer and the host was brendon fraser. the skit was 2 stoners that had a public access show talking about how great weed was and how they wanted to legalize it.
as soon as it started fraser was poorly trying to contain his laughter. over the course of like a minute he loses his mind laughing and eventually brewer asks him if he is ok and then kicks him off the stage. he starts interrupting the skit from off stage and it is absolutely hysterical. jim brewer a few times seems to break character to yell at him. i was never able to tell if it was part of the skit or not
