Look at it this way.
You have no case, legally. No witnesses, and no actual crimes committed on his side.
IMO, have a Guinness, and revel in the fact that this life lesson has determined you will never be a prick like him, and you will probably end up more successful than him down the line.
And if you don't like the high road, you could always toilet paper his sister's house/office.
