That curve definitely draws attention.
Is the footer (very bottom) :
"* Contact SickKids / * Terms of Use" aligned properly? It looks slightly off. Unless you are aligning it to something else that is higher up.There are a lot of links in each menu. Maybe not your responsbility (?)
Perhaps have a slightly different colour for a:hover for the links in the menus.
The overall design looks very nice. Love the main menus.
