Can you do something around any topic you want? If so, could the feeling of creative emptiness + the building mental pressure of not satisfying the expectations of yourself and others be an idea?
I once read this article about a musician who basically wrote an entire album around the idea of feeling unable to live up to the expectations of a successful debut album. Lots of good stuff came from that.
