Cream soda on my keyboard. My laptop was already a low-end one, but it still worked for a few more weeks before dying. I didn't know at the time that I should've kept it turned off and/or that I should have attempted to dry it out. While furiously wiping the soda, I stupidly went for a towel, which kept catching keys with loops of thread, resulting in some of the keys breaking off.
