    1. Is the white space above the report title for a logo? If not, can we move everything to the top of the page?
    2. Under the title, please leave in that the report is “by Zannie Giraud Voss and Glenn B. Vo ss” unless is now planned that it appear only at the end.
    3. Please keep the first section titled as “Executive Summary”; “Methodology” then becomes section 2, etc. We’ve referred to the report as the executive summary so I understand the confusion. This section, however, is the executive summary of the report.
    4. It isn’t clear why the first paragraph of each subsequent section has been given emphasis through a larger font and different font color. It gives undue focus to these paragraphs, which aren’t takeaways and really don’t deserve so much attention.

    1. Second bullet point near the top of the page: 1) can we insert the word ‘sample’ after ‘TCG’ so it reads “50% of the TCG sample theatres...” ; 2) please italicize ‘Portfolio’
    2. Rather than italicize, can we bold the statement “Nearly 1.1 million people attended productions. Theatres reported...” On this page, the other italicized statements are all lead-ins rather than reporting of information.
    3. On the bullet point that begins, “Small theatres tended to give away more free tickets than either Medium or Large theatres: 78% of their attendance...”, please indent the second line.
    4. The last bullet point of the page that begins, “C ommunity leaders fill...” Capitalize ‘some’ at the start of the second sentence.

    1. Please align the ‘change in net assets’ figures for Small and Medium theatres so that the last numerals are right aligned with the figures above them in the column.
    2. In the last column of the ‘earned revenue’ row of Table 2, please change “08%” to just “8%”.
    3. In Table 2, Table 3 on page 4, Tables 4 and 5 on page 5, Table 6 on page 6: The first row of the column headings is missing. Above ‘change’ there should be “’04-’06” and in front of ‘change’ there should be a percent sign. The last column heading should read CGR* rather than GCR*. Above CGR there should be “’04-’06”. In all tables, please center the column titles.
    4. The last row of Table 2 is mislabeled. Rather than read “% Theatres with Net Assets” it should read “% Theatres with Negative Change in Net Assets”. Can these percentages be right aligned rather than left aligned? Also, can the line separating this row from the one above it be darkened? Other rows of this table are either added to or subtracted from one another; this one should stand apart a bit.

    1. All of the data in Table 3 is completely incorrect. The last row concerning net assets should not be there.
    2. Figure 1’s title should read, “Subscription and Membership...”

ALL FIGURES: Neither the bar columns nor the x or y axis information is legible on my screen. It appears as white lettering on a nearly white background, but no contrast is coming through. I cannot tell whether bar charts or correct or not.

    1. Table 4: Please align the 2005 and 2006 ‘total’ row figures so that they right align with the figures above them.
    2. Table 5: Please add a second asterisk after ‘trustees’. There should be a dollar sign in front of every figure in the columns for 2004, 2005 and 2006.
    3. Please move the sentence that begins, “Compared to Portfolio organizations, Philadelphia Theatres received lower average foundation grants and individual gifts...” to after Figure 4.
    4. Is it possible to visually set off each of the sections that compares the Philadelphia Theatres to the TCG sample, as we attempted (albeit poorly) in the original document?

After page 5 there aren’t any more page numbers. Can we put them in?

    Page 7
    1. Table 7: Can we center the column titles above the columns?
    2. Please indent second through f ourth line of the bullet point that begins, “Among all six Small theatres, there...”
    3. It looks like there is an extra space before the start of the paragraph beginning, “Compared to Portfolio organizations, Philadelphia Theatres spend more on artists...”
    4. In the title of Figure 6, please remove the right parenthesis between “total” and “expenses”

Can each of the definitions (what was boxed in the original document) for working capital, working capital ratio, and deferred maintenance indicator be italicized?

    Page 9
    1. The triangle at the top of the page is too light to see clearly.
    2. Please italicize ‘Portfolio’ in the bullet point that reads, “Low endowments compared to Portfolio organizations”

    Page 10
The first paragraph at the top of the page should be indented since it is a continuation of the previous section.

    Page 11
In Appendix E, please italicize the word ‘Portfolio’ each time it appears in the paragraph.
