yeah sorry I wasn't clear, was kind of typing on the fly.
This is for web, I've tried the the best of my abilities to get the text sharp as possible. what gets the best results for me is bringing the line art and fext into flash, setting each on whole pixels, box placement at top left,with anti-aliased text. Now for some product images I tried both AI and PS using Din at 9/25(sharp) on whole px. It's still not as clean as I would like. I like the suggestion of dup layers in PS. I'll give that a go.

Any more tricks of the trade for font crisping?
If I get really desperate for answers I'll make a new thread called "2A and font crisping" :o)
