I know what u mean, but I have at least a dozen of other projects to put my hands on, and I have my daughter tha I want to spend some time with, and during the week I have my job and I have no time to spend doing stupid exercises. I am Senior you dont make this kind of exercises to Senior Designers either you think they have a solid portfolio or not. then once you have a selection you go and you interview them, by talking to them and get to know them, thats what a human resource department is about, and in the interview you can do some tests to avaliate some personality profile. This kind of exercise, by email, sounds like a bullshit to me!!
