I hurt my foot a few weeks ago, so I stopped running, its been like 2 weeks and the pain went away in like 3 days, this morning I go for a run and before I reached 1km it started hurting again.
I been using this running shoes for a year, I'm starting to think that maybe it could be that? I heard you are supposed to change them every 6 months, but to be honest I dont see the sole inclined or anything like that.
thoughts?
- * these running shoesMeeklo
- you're supposed to change shoes every 400 miles or somcLeod
- do you do that?Meeklo
- yeah meekle. I also had pain with my old shoes. Once da pain started after 300km I got new ones and da pain was goneVectorMasked
- Even if the shoes still look like new, like mine did, da cushioning is not da same n' it hurts your knees, ankles n' backVectorMasked
- thanks man, I'm shopping for new shoes now then,Meeklo
- yes also try taking some advil 30 min before your run and ice it down afterward. The shoes should make a big difference though. I heart my asicsflutter
