If they boot it up and use an install disc to get past your password and then log in to your .mac account, I think you can use some sort of mac remote access to take a photo using the webcam.
I know something along those lines happened to a chick that worked at an apple store and thats how it went down. You should be able to find something on google about it. Sorry the details are sketchy, its all I can remember on a friday night.
