You have to look after yourself sometimes and I wish you all the best in regards to your son and situation, I am fucking exhausted as well, I feel like I have given almost all of myself away, I am sure you feel the same, powerless and frustrated with the knowledge that she is doing the wrong thing by your son.
I would suggest you try to vent your frustrations somehow perhaps take up a contact sport or do a very strenuouse exercise. Or at least talk to your pals about it, like you have done today.
