reasonable it would be, yes.
I don´t know what exactly vcr´s problem is, and I don´t care really, but I can very much relate to everybody who his pissed about the posts of mediocre or substandard (soft)porn imagery (no artistic value = not design relevant) here. If the tits and ass fanatics take the freedom to post irrelevant crap, then vcr has every right to do so as well, wherever he wants to.
My problem with the thread, and sometimes the general vibe around here, is the degrading portrayal of women. It may seem ridiculous to you, but some people are sensible about these issues. If you would care to look at the gender thing, you would see how people could connect portrayals like these to inequality, rape, yada, yada, yada. There´s a very ugly side to the perspective expressed in the chick of the day thread, like I hope no one in your family has experienced.
I´m not too keen about having turned this into something serious, but since you asked, that´s how I see it.
