It's a culmination of 3 unsuccessful attempts to get to England and back without incurring any kind of hidden charge, delay, change to schedule, medical situation requiring a change of flight at no extra cost and now, a schedule change which has resulted in me having to cancel the flights and yet they still have the audacity to say I won't get my booking fee back. I don't have enough asterisks to reiterate my last phone call with them.
