Yeah Kelps, but that takes the "Muay" out of Muay Thai.
You need something that rewards the agression, to satisfy the purists of the sport, whilst balancing it with the defensive points based technical focus of the olympics.
It's all cool as school to wear pads and shit, and even only have 5 rounds instead of 12, but like it still has to be Muay Thai when you watch the guys goin at it... Fighters shuold be rewarded for fighting, not for scoring cheeky points and closing up as with olympic boxing.
