    I don't know, man... Dump the app. and download it again. I just checked my iTunes 8 on my desktop and it still has the "burn disk" button in the bottom right corner (I'm burning a disc right now). However, the version on my MacBook doesn't have it. I don't really mind because I don't use iTunes on this one.
