    I've had it my whole life – it sucks. Plus, my body always leans toward a nocturnal circadian rhythm (I can wake up at 6:00 AM all week, and then on a day off, I'll sleep till 10:00 or later). My doctor gave me a sleeping aid prescription, which I use when nothing else is working. Beyond that, if I wake up, I use breathing/meditation techniques to get back to sleep.

    • i should learn meditation. i tried last night (deep breathing etc) but my thoughts kept racing.sputnik2
    • Yeah, it definitely takes practice. A lot of it is self-awareness (particularly of the body). I feel for ya, though.dog_opus
