If I can spend the money, I am thinking about getting one in the next month before I go on vacation in October.
Took some photos with my 3 year old point and shoot Panasonic Lumix 5 mp camera last weekend and it really made me want better capabilities for low light and long exposure photos. Moving up to an SLR D60 would be awesome.
We're going to be on a cruise for 5 days in October, so naturally, the ocean enthusiast I am combined with using lots of ocean and water imagery for my band (The Atlantic Divide) makes me want to have the opportunity to take some good night shots if there happens to be a storm, full moon, etc.
