    oh yeah, PCs do break and crash too.
    But nowhere near the same frequency as macs seem to be here!

    plus, to get a PC fixed you can get parts from your local PC world or dabs.com etc for pounds (rather than hundreds of pounds) lol.
    and you can get it fixed at these places or wee specialist PC shops - or even that mate of a mate who fixes PC's.
    Try to get your apple fixed like that and you'll have arsed up your warranty
