Games I own:
Ratchet and Clank
Metal Gear
Assassins Creed
GTA IV
Siren Blood Curse
WarHawk
etc.Only ones really worth buying right now is probably Warhawk, MGS, and GTA. Although Warhawk might be a little outdated. The PS Store arcade titles are ok for $10 a pop. Some are pretty addictive and hold a good value for the buck.
I don't regret getting a PS3 after seeing the previews of what will be out next year. The list is insanely good, RE5, Final Fantasy, Resistance 2, Little Big Planet, Prototype, etc.
