1) This should be a PDF that was type-set in InDesign or Quark, at the very least.
2) Achievements should probably come below your work experience
3) Chop the paragraphs from the work experience. If you can't skim through that and immediately grasp your major roles within the organizations then you should leave it out. Bullet points are OK, but keep them simple and concise.
4) Any relevant freelance experience helps, also provide links for any work that is still online
5) forget stuff like drivers license & DOB, this is stuff you put on your tax forms - not really pertinent to a resume
6) have someone proofread your resume, then proofread it again
7) CV's can be a little more personal than a resume, might want to list extra-cirricular activities that are relevant to your profession, or if you just want to show that you're an outgoing/activity-oriented person
8)I'm sure there's more... other qoobs will add to the list i'm sure
