I bartended my way through college (that and hustling pool but that's another story). After doing that I'd like to consider myself a good tipper because I know firsthand how absolutely shitty of a job it is to serve 80% of the filth that used to come into the restaurant.

- This beer tastes flat, gimmie another! Me: Uh, but sir you drank the whole beer.Waitstaff and bartenders are miserable because they have to serve miserable people. It's a vicious cycle.
