If you poll Americans on what they think about the issues, they agree w/ the Democrats on essentially every single issue. That's why Obama is winning, not because of cult of personality or anything like that. You guys can whine about it, but it's just because you happen to be in the minority.
After all, we had 8 years of Republican rule, it's not exactly a mystery what it would be like.
