Had a job doing a website, after they asked for a brochure so I did it and sent them the pdf's so they could print it themselves. Then they wanted to make edits to use the design for another event, and got mad because I didn't design the brochure in Microsoft Word. Apparently I should have known they wanted to make edits and should have designed it in a program they had access to.
They also freaked out and wanted me to program a spell check in their website back end. I think they were using Internet Explorer from like 1998.
