all signs point to apple working on some sort of multi-touch tablet.
- they bought a chip manufacturer
- the next rev of os x won't have new features, just performance (and multi-touch support?)
- on their financial conference call the other day, the CFO said prepare for poor returns in Q4 2008 and into 2009 due to a major product transition at the end of the year that he couldn't discuss
- apple desperately wants to beat windows 7 to the punch
