When I was a little kid in Brazil, I remember paying the bus trip to my school with a stash of money rolled-up, it was like $5,000 for the bus trip, the biggest note was 1,000 if I remember correctly. So I had a couple of $1,000 bills and the remaining in $100 bills.
Inflation is not a nice thing. Every 5 years or so the government would slash 3 "0-s" or so to keep it under control.Here's 100,000 note... I found one like this on the street one time... I was able to buy a chocolate bar. That was a happy day.
