    We tend to get the clients in regularly during the project lifecycle and ask for feedback - then once the project has been finished we invite the client back over to give us their feedback on how the project worked out for them etc.

    We found that online forms (and paper forms) were a little too clinical for our clients and they much prefer a more personal face to face chat.
