I've been a vegetarian for 21 years and over the last few years I've been largely vegan (just some organic milk in my coffee). I don't mind that people eat meat, but I think it's a shame how most people don't seem to care about how vile factory farming is. I think halaal and kosher meat is pretty effed up too.

But yeah, PETA is borderline fascist.

    • vegan is really borderline imho. we're part of nature, ffs... ah nevemrind. whatever floats yer boatjanne76
    • We are indeed part of nature, and two of our most distinctive attributes are adaptability and ethics.dog_opus
    • Also, the occurrence of phenomena in nature doesn't de facto make them right or preferable.dog_opus
    • yeah, keep on reasoning. i wank and fuck cause my instincts tell me so. and i don't meat cause i feel better this way. period and end of whining.janne76
    • this way. period and end of whining.janne76
    • *eat meatjanne76
    • That was kind of incoherent. I'll just assume that in reality you respect my views as I respect yours.dog_opus
