San Francisco is so cold, there's not much to do there this time of year. You can go to some drag shows, or go to a few bars (that are just like the bars in your home town, but no one knows you).
You can go to "the Haight," and see, and get panhandled,by a bunch of junkies.
Best bet is to go out and hang out and look around Golden Gate Park. Walk out to the ocean from there, and you will see some interesting stuff.
