We are so caught up in making things, usable, digestible, immediately understood, pretty and functional that we've completely taken the back-burner position to the user and empowered an ignorant population to the proportion that we are completely a part of the service industry... and thus not making any difference or even contributing towards any collective greater good...
we don't encourage question, and whether historically that has been a part of our job description or not, its should be now more than ever..
I'm not saying that Sina accomplishes this, but at least he's challenging some of the norms and making people feel something other than warm and fuzzy...
