Unless porn is a particular action, or combination of fetishes/niche things that you haven't seen before, it's all pretty much the same, isn't it ? I haven't seen anything new in the last 5/7/10 years ?
Apart from maybe some nasty medical-based stuff that had me shouting 'no - god, don't!' at the screen, before realising I was the demand side of the porn equation that had got her to do that thing in the 1st place.
I'm not going to tell you what it was, but as you read 'medical-based' in the sentence above, that horrific fleeting image that popped into your mind was just about correct.
