Two things...
1. I am using a copy given to me by someone else and I cannot guarantee it was purchased (if ya know what I mean). I believe what happened is that I updated it but then a month later it asked me for the serial number. I tried the work around that was on the disc but that didn't work so I got rid of FCP and reinstalled it. If I update, am I screwed? It only started sending me the serial # message a month after updating.
2. I'm using version 6.0
