Some times I'll talk aloud to myself as though I'm talking to a client, introducing the finished product to them. It seems to help out too, makes you think outside the head a bit.
It's great for trouble shooting too. I talk to myself as though I've never seen the code before, and manage to trick myself into believing that I haven't. Some times I find myself rather gullable. Shit, I could sell ice to myself if I was an eskimo!
