Flood therapy would work with Tourettes I reckon. They're only shouting that which their brain says is totally unnaceptable. If they got past the idea of things being unnaceptable they would have no risqué vocabulary.
That girl should be sat in a room with a black person sat opposite her, inches away, and forced to say it over and over and over and over and over and over again for 12 hours straight. As long as the person sat opposite didn't get pissed off and punch her in the face, she'd be cured I reckon. Get it out of the system. Its a guilt-related purge mechanism.
