I'm 32. Freelancing for the past year and a half and doing quite well. I do think about starting a business - I did it before so I'm familiar with what hoops need jumping through. But I think an MBA would give me a skill set that would allow me to run a better business.
All in all I want to be of more service. Designer go around convincing everyone how important their job is. You know, shaping cultural identity, design s authorship, etc. And there is some truth to that but I guess I long for a more direct connection.
I cooked in restaurants to put myself through school. Thought about going to cooking school.
