    +1 on becoming a plumber. (or a tradesman of any type)

    Piss easy to get the basic skills required, you can charge a similar rate to what you're doing at the moment and the best bit is that you can be totally shit at your job and still get repeat business because your trade is in demand.

    • I meet an old school friend last month, he trained as a plumier 15 years ago, he is now pulling in 80K+ a year. I did not say what I was making. :|

      I also meet another mate who started a cab company, only him at the time, he know has a fleet of cars, and is on his way to buy a fucking Lambo.
