I actually like the Flash Blog style interface. The scroll bar functionality is smooth, and I like the subtle touch of animation or video clips to support your portfolio.
If you have read any of my past responses to other designer's request for web crits, I usually go off on them because they use the same fucking stupid blog interface as everyone else and their mother. On the other hand you managed to strike a balance between UI simplicity with a touch of Flash interactivity, congrats!
