    there's a pretty good snow/skate shop up on capital hill - 35th Ave/North. forget the address exactly.
    Then, across the street from the REI flagship store there's snowboard connection. they used to be under the alaskan way viaduct but have since relocated to this new spot.
    another really good snowboard shop is evogear. it's a little bit off away from downtown (but so are a bunch of things) up in fremont. a lot of their selection is online though. they do have rotating art shows each month and have some good shit up.

    if you're looking for a greazzy burger, head over to dick's. there are 5 or so scattered around seattle. one is right next to the seattle center and actually has indoor seating (all other ones you eat in the car). their fries are rather tasty too.
