You need someone to design that new house Lloyd? We are in Denver (we do architecture, interior design, 3D renderings/animations, website and graphic design).
SP - it is difficult to suggest anything without knowing what the content will be. We've done some videos that show the 'transformation' of older parts of town, but this was all done in 3D (real video, suggested 3D being the new revitalized look).
It really depends on the level of content you'll be provided. Without some kind of imagery showing the transformation, you'll be stuck with stock lifestyle imagery, which will not help their cause too much.
