most educated doctors will tell you that these drugs can be dangerous and are merely to help take the edge off... the only thing that is really going to help people is acceptance and discussion (whether with a shrink or family and friends or both)
if you have a serious emotional or psychological deficiency then you should be on something much stronger than prozac anyway.
same with kids and ritalin
