Hey Fred, you need to tell her she's going to end up with more snakes in that backyard than she's prepared to handle. It's going to require the County to call in quite a few hounds and that's just to run them off. A woman that age is going to be horrified if they find their way into the house, through walls or baseboards or whatever. It's enough to frighten someone in good health - she's 82. Don't be an asshole man, just give it up and get your own place already.
