    I think it is just complacency. PBS re-aired the American Experience: Two Days in October (http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/amex/tw... last night. I went to Madison so IO knew a bit about what went on, but the thing that struck me now was that I think the Iraq war is actually less popular than Vietnam was but people just 40 years ago were so much more involved and willing to take a stand and get their ass kicked for something they believed in.

    Now people just like to say how bad things are, but there's nothing we can do about it because no matter what happens it'll be just more of the same. Especially now since I'm sure any protestors will be charged with "Terroristic Activities" and you'll wind up in Guantanamo.

    That being said, I live in Minneapolis and I am very much looking forward to shit jumping off at the Convention.
