    quick update for those who care...

    I contacted an attorney and explained the situation. He recommended that I copyright my intellectual work since I am the author (have to have it copyrighted before filing for a lawsuit). Once I do that, I can proceed with legal action and receive 5-150 grand depending on case if it is proven that it was an infringement. Oh, and that I need to send a cease and desist letter inmediately requesting them to bring down the site.
