He makes me think of a child who, albeit has talent and potential, is coddled and praised endlessly by parents and teachers. Never been told "Nice start, but it's pretentious, young, and in dire of a seasoned perspective." It's led to both mediocrity and a pretty big head.
That said, some good stuff and good ideas in there. "Six Sense" was a great 'first movie.' But he needs to learn from failure, and to not have his name treated as a brand in the same category as Speilberg, or Scorcese, or Peter Jackson.
